March 1 - Compliment three people every day. It will make every day nicer for you and them
March 2 - Watch a sunrise at least once a year. Nothing like nature to brighten a day
March 3 - Blow soap bubbles like a child does
March 4 - Improve your people skills today by saying: Thank You, Please and Your Welcome, as well as use a firm handshake and met peoples eyes when you talk to them. Everyone will feel better about you, including YOU
March 5 - Return all the things you borrow - you will feel much better, as will the person who gets their items back. Plus a great start on your spring cleaning
March 6 - Sing in the shower in the mornings, or at least on your way driving to work. It will start your day on a nice tune
March 7 - Learn three clean jokes this week - plenty of joke sites are online
March 8 - Starting today brake yourself of one bad habit a month. Smoking, biting your nails, swearing etc. You will feel in control of your life again
March 9 - Write, phone, or email a friend today who you know could use some cheering up, or who would just like to hear from you. You will improve two people’s day, yours and theirs
March 10 - Be forgiving of yourself and others today
March 11 - Take lots of pictures of your family and friends....time marches on and we can never get time back, except in our memories
March 12 - Take 1/2 hour today for just YOU. Take a bubble bath, a walk, read a book…
March 13 - Change something in your life that will make you be kinder to your body. Join a weight loss support group, or get that check up you have been needing...
March 14 - Start to think of what flowers or plants you will plant this spring; it's a wonderful way to spend your day and the beauty lasts for many months to come
March 15 - Surprise loved ones with a little unexpected gift.....a card, a flower, or a note. Just something to say you think of them in a special way
March 16 - Wish upon a star
March 17 - Don't make your life so difficult that you can't realize that life is simple
March 18 - Leap, so you know what it is like to fly
March 19 - Dance to your favorite music
March 20 - Don't miss out on happiness because you did not stop to enjoy it
March 21 - Remember laughter is the best medicine, so take a daily dose
March 22 - Are you living? We are here to live, not just exist
March 23 - Forgiveness is the best way to get even with our enemies
March 24 - Do not spoil what you have in your life, by desiring what you do not have
March 25 - For today, pretend to be a candle and spread your light around
March 26 - We all need help getting back up at times in our life, don't let your pride keep you down
